None of these medicines make one "stoned", yet are more effective in treating the proposed "cures" offered by pot. Of course, for those who just want to get stoned, there is nothing better than pot.

People (including yourself) are confusing smoking marijuana with Hemp Oil.
Hemp Oil doesn't get you "stoned".
Did anyone actually read the article? No where in the article was there anything about smoking marijuana as a treament for cancer.
In fact, even the title/header of this thread is misleading and inaccurate. The OP should edit the title/header to read...
"Dad gives toddler Cannabis Oil/Hemp Oil for brain tumor "
Smoking marijuana burns away almost all of the Hemp Oil. You don't get the proper and effective levels you need, by smoking it.
Hemp Oil has to be extracted, processed correctly and refined correctly; in order to be effective within the context I'm speaking of.
I suppose eating marijuana would also be better than smoking it, but still would be less effective because of the much lower levels of Hemp Oil.
You and a few others seem to be more interested in perpetuating the negative "Stoner Pothead " image, than addressing the possibility that Hemp Oil actually was effective, here. I wonder why that is
Again, Hemp Oil has a long history of effectively treating many serious illnesses.
Why modern medicine and singularly-focused modern physicians refuse to even conside Hemp Oil and often are more focused with perpetuating negative, inflammatory stereotypes; is of no great mystery to me.
Every drug you listed has some nasty side effects. Yet, you prefer them over Hemp Oil.
I know, we should all put our faith in the FDA, right?
