How come no one has mentioned this? Conservatives love to blame Clinton and Jimmy Carter for wanting lower income people to get loans to own a home. Well, listen to Bush. He saying the same thing.

yet another attempt by the left wingers to try to re-write history..

Bush wanted people to get mortgages, true, but he tried to stop the fraud taking place and tried to regulate Fannie/Freddie over A DOZEN TIMES. Democrats blocked each attempt..
