I'm watching CNBC, and they were discussing it.

I don't think it will ever happen.

There have been in the past, why not in the future? In fact, in a way, racial riots are just that. Racial riots occur due to inability to access wealth, create wealth, and a disparity of wealth and all the benefits that are ascribed to it...solely on the basis of race. Again, racism is bad because it creates an upper class race and a lower class race marked by economic inequality and social inequality.

Possible? Of course. I don't see why this would be so far-fetched.

I thnik it has been happening in europe nut from a small minoirty. Theur have been riots in the apst in some US cities.Often they are joined by criminal elements who just want to loot too.People learned alot from the 60's riots often that the long term effects where in their own neighborhoods. So I thnik that the chnaces now are even less than in the past.

We are already having civil unrest taking place in many parts of the world including the U S, so far most of it has been non violent. Look what took place in EU countries when austerity measures were imposed on their gvt's and they were forced to cut beni's and spending. The people took to the streets and there was clashes with police and property damage.
Look it at Egypt one of the main causes of unrest was because the world reserve currency USD lost value and thus the price of food rose. Which put a hardship on their people who were paying what like 50% or more of their income on food. And then you had a domino effect and unrest spread like wild fire through out the ME.
Here, what do you call a rep getting shot in the face? how about all the protest from union members where the states gvt is trying to get their budgets under control? This is just the start we are not even having fun yet. USD is crashing right before our eyes and the whole world knows it,why do you think Barnanke has bought 2 trillion dollars in bonds? HMMM wonder why other countries are seriously talking about a new reserve currency and even our good freinds France/England are on board.
We are going to have big time unrest I just do not know how soon.

If they learned, wouldn't they just riot in some other neighborhood?

Yes, it is possible that such could happen because this administration and its foot soldiers such as Van Jones, Richard Trumpka, and Andy Stern, Ayers and Dohrn are out there beating the drums of class warfare, not just in the USA, but around the world. The far left wants a Marxist style revolution in the USA and they want it soon.

I would more expect a revolt over taxes and congressional budget.
