In 20th Century Hawaii negros were classified as Puerto Ricans on Birth certificates, this includes the parent or parents.

Link! The Hawaii Dept of Health has repeatedly said race was self-reported, and as a Kenyan, Mr. Obama, Sr. certainly would have objected to being called a Puerto Rican.
Lets not forget...in order for the marriage to be valid Obama senior must have sought approval from the British Consulate in Hawaii. There is no record this happened.
One more item..all children born in Hawaii in 1961 must have a Christian name according to Hawaii law. This law was valid until 1967.
