My vote would go to Obama in that case.

He is more conservative than Romney.

I don't believe he will be much different than Obama or Bush (who are very similar in my opinion)

Do any other Republicans agree?

The far right consider Romney to be from the "wrong" religion, which might cause big problems like it did last time around.

I am sure some do but not the majority. The majority view him as too damn liberal. PERIOD. Stop trying to spin something that is not there or an outright lie.

YouTube - ‪You keep using that word.‬‏

Mitt Romney is the son of George W Romney who was born in July 8, 1907
Galeana, Chihuahua, Mexico. The history of why George was born there is kinda complicated but it boils down to the US Federal Government's all-out campaign against Mormons in the late 1800's. A number of them left the USA altogether and settled in Canada and Mexico in order to escape the crusade against Mormon polygamy. There's a lot more to it, but that's it in a nutshell. Both of George's parents were US citizens, so George Romney was born an US citizen. The Romney family fled from Mexico and into Texas, along with most of the rest of the colonists when the Mexican Revolution of 1910 threatened their communities. So from about age 5 he grew up as a refugee in El Paso, Texas. This might be the basis for what you're talking about.

Now you have the facts, you tell me if he entered the US illegally. (Why didn't you just look it up like I just did??)

I'm a conservative. If I could vote for John McCain I could easily vote for Romney. There has never been a politician I have had more dislike for and disagreement with than Obama..I would vote for anyone over him...anyone!
