So you're saying as a human being we are already born into serfdom and have to "earn" everything right? But somehow we don't have to earn our freedom? I mean supposedly that's a god given right? LMAO! People like you lack the intellect to even understand how stupid your arguments are. You're not an alphamale you're a meathead.
The proper answer is that you're born into a society that doesn't function that way.

Yeah exactly. And that's why America is so ****ed up and will go the way of Rome. The entire western ideology of "capitalism" is about to come crashing down like a house of cheap cards. The only countries left standing are going to be countries with nationalized banks, nationalized natural resources where the people are in control of their future and not individual wealthy elites.

Society is a good thing... It's not like no one has land or resources... Many people do.

I know, right?

I don't get why progressive don't work to block those billions from going to charity seeing as the money comes from evil billionaires.

It is blood money after all.

How did Bloomberg make all that money anyway, for example?

Probably with slave labor in a third world country, no doubt!

Errrrrrrr.....wrong again. The amount of people owning land in America is shrinking. Family farms are being gobbled up by huge mega corporations for example. Eminent domain is swallowing entire neighborhoods. Vast tracts of wilderness i.e. millions of acres are increasingly being concentrated into the hands of a few wealthy families and individuals or worse government.

So it seems like the rich wouldn't be rich had it not been via the poor.
Wherever you work, if you work, I hope your business owner closes down and you are left without job. Then, maybe, you might appreciate your owner and be knocked down a few pegs from your high horse.

You really are a piece of work.

Assuming that one who owns their home, also owns the land it's on, there is a higher land-owner rate today than there was 70 years ago.

Naturally you're going to expect wealthier to have more than the poor. That's called social hierarchy.

How's it feel to be so clueless and running around praising a group of people that not only doesn't represent what you think they do.......really doesn't give two flying f'ks about you.

How the hell do you think anyone would make any money without people WORKING for a business? Owning a business isn't the only way to be a capitalist. You can be a worker and still be a capitalist. That's what most idiot Americans fail to understand miserably. Capital should be shared by everyone especially in the form of natural resources. The banks are killing the economy. Compared to the amount of wealth they suck off of the economy to what they actually give back and spend/invest back into it...........is huge. How the hell do you think they became rich in the first place? By being generous and investing in other people so other people can be capitalists? LOL......the entire point of capitalism is to concentrate wealth into the hands of a few. I mean it's a completely unsustainable economic model. And it's why America and much of the west is in the position that it is in. Also Americans need to understand you don't have to have capitalism to have a free market. They are not tied together. You can have lots of forms of economic systems that create a free market, competition, small businesses, etc. It's all about who controls the wealth and how much of it. In capitalism in America a very small minority controls vast amounts of wealth, resources, etc. Part of a free market is competition. THe rich have bought and paid for government to stifle competition. Look at Bill Gates. Microsoft is one of the ****ties software systems out there. But it's really the only one used on such a wide scale. Microsoft has been accused of plenty of anti-trust and monopolistic behavior.. But they have pretty much bought off politicians and spend billions on special interest and lobbying. For anyone to argue Microsoft creates a superior product is laughable at best.
One thing's for certain, we need more people like you in this country.

What I don't understand is the degree that some people worship capitalism, as it was something that was written down in the Holy Book or something. Capitalism is a *human* invention, one that is an utter, absolute failure. Of course, those who have the goods and the power certainly don't want the rest of us to see the truth, or they'll not be able to live high on the hog at our expense.

One thing us peons have in our favor is sheer numbers - with 1 or 2% of the population hoarding most of the wealth, that means that we outnumber them by a factor of 50 or 100 - imagine the power we truly have over this tiny fraction of greedy hogs feeding at the trough - if only people would turn off American Idol and get *involved*. Perhaps that'll happen once the declining middle class is no longer afford the cable bill...maybe that'll wake the majority to how they've been taken for a ride and then some.

Hopefully that day will come sooner, rather than later.
