People lambasted Ebert for putting this idiot down. Now, he has been proven to be right on.
This "jackass" idiot is a MURDERER. I don't care what he did, 2, 6, 10 yrs ago. He got into a car, with a blood alcohol content of .19 and drove between 130 and 140 miles an hour, KILLING his passenger. It makes HIM a MURDERER.
I have NO sympathy for him. NONE. ZIP. ZILCH. ZERO. I hope the family of the dead man sues the hell out of the estate of Dunn and takes every single dime he has...and then some.
I have no sympathy for drunk drivers. Unfortunate he's dead, but no one deserves to get killed because some idiot decided to drink and get behind the wheel.
Roger Ebert owns me money that I wasted on his crappy movie recommendations over the years. But not for this incident. The Jackass guy was rightfully a Jackass and a drunk driving murderer.
He should not apologize for this, but he should apologize for being a liberal and an enemy of the United States. Also for recommending some gay ass movies to the general public.
Dunn made a stupid choice. I despise drunk drivers. But he was still a human being, and I personally find it sad because he was a great person and he made a really really dumb decision.
I wish his family and friends the best. I'd love to see some of y'all go up to Bam Margera and tell him "your friend was an idiot, I'm glad he's dead" and live with yourselves:
e: Not to downplay the tragedy of the passenger's death, but he chose to get in that car.
