Homosexuality does derange proper functioning if you look at human reproduction, that doesn't mean that it would stop a person from living a normal life with the condition.
How does an individual not wanting to reproduce prevent that individual from proper mental functioning? (hint - it doesn't)
My friends Dean and Raychel - a straight married couple - don't ever want to have kids. Dean even had a vasectomy. I guess they're both suffering from a mental disorder too

Dean and Raychel made a choice to not be productive, that's very different from a gay person being born with physical desire for someone of the same sex which means there could and can never be any reproduction. This has nothing to do with the want to reproduce, many gay people do want to reproduce and they frequently adopt or use other methods to have children.

Of course it is. It's a troll tread. The OP keeps expressing "sympathy" for those inflicted with the mental disorder of homosexuality. The OP condescendingly puts terms like "gay partner" in quotes.

That's all well and good on a site like Youtube, where I myself enjoy yanking people's chains. It is, however, decidedly against the ethos and clear policy of City-Data to engage in such trolling.

Agreed. People who hate gays need to ask themselves when did they "decided" they would be straight? No one has a hard time believing that infertility is due to hormone related issues, but can't grasp that homosexuality could be hormone imbalance/reversal whatever.

The point of this thread is to help eliminate or lessen the frequency of homosexual teen suicide by acknowledging the factors that contribute to it.
The very reason that teen suicide rates are higher amonst gay teens is because of beliefs such as yours. Shame on you.
