Quinn is the biggest mistake this state has ever made, and that's saying something..

The fools of this state won't ever vote him out, though. It seems everyone in Cook County has been programmed to "vote D" because "Big bad Republicans are evil heartless bastards that will bomb countries and enslave minorities" As ridiculous as this sounds, I have heard this countless times from fellow Chicagoans. These tax hikes will probably be blamed on the war or Bush, and everyone in Cook County will believe it, so Quinn will keep on truckin.

For a family of four making $60,000 a year, that’s another $1,040 in taxes. For a family making $100,000, that’s another $1,840. But as bad as that sounds, this year, many residents won’t see much change in their overall tax burden, thanks to that temporary federal tax cut. But they’ll really feel it once the federal break disappears in 2012. At that point, they’ll see what is effectively a 4-percentage point jump in taxes over 2011.

2012 shouldn't be a good year for Illinois...
Think that is bad, how about California's 10% sales tax and income tax of 11%?
Then people wonder why all the job makers are leaving and all the welfare recipients and illegals are coming in for benefits.

Wont vote him out? I actually think he will be gone after this term. It was actually a close race between him and Brady. So, there is still hope.
