If they made her take diaper off she should have left a hot steamy pile of old people poop right there, and then told them, "the bomb is inside of that, go search it"!!
Why is it overboard and irrational? A terrorist could take an elderly person who is baby sitting for her/his grandchild hostage and say, "we'll kill your grandchild if you don't wear this diaper and get on the plane."
Did you type this from inside your bomb shelter in the backyard?
Why do Americans think only airplanes are terrorist targets ?
These same terrorists, already here in America, could just as easily walk into Macy's in NYC and blow up the building on a busy Saturday before Christmas. Wouldn't that make just as similar a statement ?
But our government is only worried about transportation. With more intrusion there will be less people traveling.

Terrorists will use any loophole in their random searches that the TSA allowed. That's not to say it should be done without giving the person in a diaper a degree of privacy in a private cubical and not do it standing in line for everyone to watch.
I wonder if you'd be making excuses for these terrorists if the victim were your grandmother

I find it amusing to be at the airport and look around at the charade that is airport security....
It all centers on getting on the plane...a huge line of people standing in line waiting to get searched....a wonderful target for a bomb....or simply two or three guys with automatic weapons to start shooting.
As long as the terrorists aren't concerned about dying,they can easily kill a few hundred.
How would this be stopped?
By having security checkpoints BEFORE you reach the airport,where hundreds of people line up waiting to get searched.....and THAT makes a wonderful target for a bomb....or simply two or three guys with automatic weapons to start shooting....
So BEFORE you reach the pre-pre-security checkpoint you go through another....and THAT ONE makes a wonderful target for a bomb....or simply two or three guys with automatic weapons to start shooting....
