All you homosexual supporters might soon regret this ruling if it is not overturned by ''the Supremes."
This move will cause more early retirements, etc. of the Armed Forces.
This will weaken our already weakened Military. I know many soldiers who will not continue in the service with openly homosexual service men and woman. Big trouble ahead.
Honestly with the military wanting to start downsizing I don't particularly mind if people who can't handle someone with a different lifestyle than them want to leave because that means more of a chance for people to re-enlist who actually want to stay in the military. There are plenty of Soldiers who already know someone who is gay in the military anyway and it hasn't affected their perspective of that person because just like with anyone else, they've proven themselves with the way they do their job. Personally I don't care who sleeps with who as long as they do their job and watch my back when I need it and the couple of gay guys who I do know in the military have already earned their respect with their actions under combat.
