Well some countries in Africa economy is growing rapidly and I guess they are less affected by the world wide recession compared to most Advanced nations including South Africa.
Their inflation rate is 19% so unless that 20% figure is in real terms....
Nice attempt to pour cold water, BUT, the current inflation rate is between 8.5% and 10.9%, depending on your source. Even take at the highest rate quoted that would be a drop of 43.5% since last year.
I'm glad for Ghana. I wish all of Africa would start being developed, but the globalists don't want any of that. They need a cheap source of raw materials and what better way to do it than with perpetual poverty with corrupt leaders?
I believ North Dekota is also the lowest unemployemnt in US. In fact it can't convenince people to vome talking mnay of the job there. Stats can really tell you liitle if not studied as to what they really mean.
Ghana was wealthier than South Korea and Malaysia at independence then the Leftist took over and the inevitable decline began. They are starting to return to free market principles (albeit slowly) and are slowly reaping the benefits. Hopefully an engaged open democracy will curb most of the corruption that is bound to happen as a result of the new oil revenue.
