That is a fair question...I guess...but focusing on the concerns about one is not a definitive endorsement of the other.
Being somewhat fiscally conservative myself, I naturally have some concerns with social programs. Their cost. Their efficiency, if any. Abuse of the programs. Socialized medicine, which I am sure is at the core of the socialist label for Obama, is problematic at best. But I am not ready to concede to the idea of Obama as an all out socialist, despite the amount of press suggesting that is his outright agenda.
Truthfully, MB's apparent fundamentalism is more of a concern to me and I would choose socialism over the perceived fascism I think she might bring to the table.
Now the name calling part is just plain silly and for you to say you are doing it to "keep up to some degree" with the other side only furthers my opinion. To me, it is the equivalent of the grade school argument "I know you are but what am I?" or "tit for tat" as you said. For you to feel you have to "keep up with that" is to feel you have to lower yourself. Why not rise up instead?
If Bachmann truly believes this anti-gay stuff I would say she's crazier.
Her and her husband say you can "pray the gay away." I guess that's a little better than "pray the gays away" though they are probably quietly doing that too.

The really funny thing about the bach(shyte)mans is that he is too busy fighting his inner fairy that is literally screaming to get out
I notice that Palin and now Bachmann have gotten "crazier" as they got more notice from a democrat-party-sycophantic media. To me it's just a sign that the Obama lovers are a-gittin' skeered.
Skeered? Nah.
Both get the media attention because they're easy. They both seek the attention out.
I don't know. My husband and I were debating this.
Palin reminds me of some rube from the backwoods. Heck, she had some witchdoctor doing hokus pokus to protect her from witches. It took, what, seven colleges before she could find one to give her a diploma.
Bachman, at least, went to law school and has some polish. God talks to her, literally. That is dangerous, in today's world. I would, at least, want some psychiatrists to give her a bill of health. Most people who literally believe God talks to them are whacko.
What do you think?
I love these kind of women, none like them. one thing for sure this kind of hate needs a psychiatrist.
