This is a perfect case for jury nullification to teach TSA a lesson.

Do you have a link to that specific law or are you making an assumption?

I also thought the "people" gave the government authority. But now it is becoming more apparent that we are only sub-serfs in a land that they own and we don't call any shots.

When the government does it then it's call national security.
When a citizen does it to the person who does the same the citizen is charged with felony sexual abuse.

None of this makes us free.

Our sovereign southern border has been open for so long, the cancer is too great to reverse.

While at Gatwick Airport (near London) on my way to Florida (last year)I was frisked by a female Asian Customs Officer. This had never happened before! I am white, female and retired, hardly likely to be carrying explosives. This officer made a point of feeling around my breasts. I found this very offensive but what could I do?

Lets read the link and then have some real discussion. That woman was certainly guilty of assault and those who read the story would know why that is. Not batter, but assault.
For once I agree with you roy. the woman is guilty of assualt for grabbing the TSA agents breast and twisting them. She should also be charged with sexual assualt. Anyone who thinks the agent deserved it or that the woman was justified needs to get their heads examined.

When you choose to fly these days you give up your right to do anything about it. You fly these days knowing and consenting to what they do.
There is nothing else you can do if you choose to fly.

The woman in my link is of Asian ancestry and she sure got even. Maybe just a bit more than even.
