It's Obama's recession now. He has had a chance to make it better for the last 2 years, so why is it getting worse? He had the Hope & Change motto and pie in the sky since he knew what to do about it. Seems to be a big disappointment to most everyone.
TARP funding and auto bailouts started under Bush. Under Obama, the federal government has divested itself of ownership in the bailed out corporations.
So, how is Obama a socialist, exactly?

I've always found amusement in the idea that the president (indeed, the government) can actually cause a recession, or end a recession.
If you look at economic trends, and compare it to administration, there's really no correlation.
I find it hilarious that Wynn who runs a "business" tantamount to playing the "lottery" is complaining that Obama is a "Socialist! I wonder how much Wynn pays his "illegal" alien employees while he basically is ripping off his "customers" in his rigged casinos at the same time! Please! this is like Al Capone complaining about the "Feds"!

They don't call it Obama motors for nothing. LOL

I agree but we always hear it called by some president's name. That is the price of being president. Obama doesn't seem to realize it though. Current president, current recession is his.

Fine all employers who hire illegals 1,000 dollars for each hired. Free enterprise can be great. What president will do it though? You want state revenue? You got it.
He does have socialist leaning however....those with empty heads often do lean that way.
Obama is a Democrat, not a Liberal, not a Socialist, not a Communist.
His tenure in office can be described as a moderate Democrat.

Margaret Thatcher says it's bad because you run out of other people's money.
That's Margaret Thatcher's most famous quote, it's also wrong.

Judging from the contents of this thread he is "successful" in the least productive business in the country or the world. He should be excoriated not worshipped. Or listened to.
BTW - some of my politics are way Left od socialism and I do not consider president to be even as far left as center. He is a great dissapointment to this leftist.
The gambling business???? Give me a break, It would be a good thing if every casino in the country closed it's doors. Talk about the redistribution of wealth? LOL. This guy is just ticked because people just are not wagering as much these days. Maybe they are clueing in to the fact that they always lose!!!!!
Ah, yes, and then the Mafia re-invigorates and takes gambling over again for good. Nice!!!
When there are no rich people, except in Government, who are you going to tax and were are you going to find a job?
That is the goal of a powerful Progressive central government
