O'Reilly is exactly right, which you would realize if you understood anything at all about Islam. We all know that individuals of any group can do evil - that is not the point. At issue is that Islam, as a religion, teaches violence in the name of religion, whereas Christianity, as a religion, does not teach any such thing.
Is that too complicated?
Jesus Christ taught no violence, but our Christian religion is full of it.
Don't mistake Christ for Christianity or Christianity for Christ!
What I find ironic is that many Christians will loudly condemm Muslims for not speaking out about the terror acts committed by their fellow Muslims but many Christians can't even bring themselves to admit that the Norwegian terrorist was a fellow Christian. The hypocrisy is disgusting.

At some point, it stops being hypocrisy, it starts being their natural self.
If I were to compile a list of posts by loud mouth Christians around here, it would be harder to imagine "peace and tolerance" being a part and parcel of its teachings, more like hatred of everybody else. The same is true in Islam.
Because it's always easier (and more convenient) to find fault in other religions, but not in one's own.
Plus, the US media sides with the christians.

You tell me...exactly what does christianity, as a religion, teach?
Please put in in your words.
I will believe it when I see it, True Scotsmen and Real Christians are like Sasquatch. There have been many sightings claimed, but nobody has yet to capture one in the wild.
