Exactly! Do we need to add insult to injury and add even more people doing this? It is bad enough as it is.

No I am afraid you are assuming and making absolute blanket statements. Yes warrants still exists. I didn't even say anything about an illegal search. One just simply has to look at the information and how you can get it and how it can be used.

So I am not just referring to things like this.

The state of FL is another example. They coerce you to give them your personal information then sell it.

Um no, they don't.

P.S. Your "!" key is apparantly sticky, you might want to seek some professional help in fixing your keyboard.

What H.R.1981 will mandate is that Internet Service Providers (ISPs) keep a copy of EVERYTHING YOU DO on the internet for 18 months including ; searches you did; bank account numbers; credit card numbers; transactions you made; websites you visited; how long you were there.

Jeepers! When will it end? This is like the so-called "Food Safety Moderinization Act" which has had the effect of government shutting down lemonade stands and harrassing and even arresting people trying to grow vegetables in their front yard.

Does ANYONE Care about FREEDOM and Privacy anymore? Are we going to let this one pass too?
