I, for one, do not crave economic misery or uncertainty for my children. Obviously, Obama is incompetent and incapable of addressing the economic woes of the nation and seems completely unwilling to change from failed policy. That being said, four more years of an Obama presidency would only continue with the same policies and put the nation deeper and deeper into economic trouble.
Why in the world would any rational person want four more years of this? I would think that even liberals would want a strong economy, low unemployment, and someone to address our debt. Yet, most liberals seem to really like what Obama is doing.
I'm no fan of Obama, and if there were a rational, intelligent, non-religious nutcase as a contender, I'd have no problem voting for them.
But your side insists on putting people like Bachmann, Palin, or Perry in the presidential seat, and I will not elect a right wing fundamentalist, theocratic pushing, looney into the Presidency, no matter how gosh awful Obama is.

No, if we can help remove the Tnuts, put some Dems and Repubs back in office, we could move forward. Also need to find some GOP Leadership.

This.
No, I don't want four more years of this. THIS has been awful.
My anger lies, in equal parts, with the President AND the GOP. IMO the behavior of the GOP has been horrible. Rather than trying to compromise a bit, their sole purpose is to take down the President, despite the damage it causes the country. And before you jump on me, I'm not saying that the dems are blameless here. They aren't.
One of the reasons our credit is being downgraded is because we refused to put forth a plan that would realistically improve the debt. The people doing the rating wanted to see cuts and revunue (tax) increases. So all that crap last week was for NOTHING.
These people are absolutely miserable.
So, do I think NOT voting for Obama and putting a republican in the White House is going to improve things. No, I don't. But I will say that if we allow the babies to get their way and get into office, they won't need to be obstructionists any more and maybe that will help. But that's sure not the way/reason that I want to vote someone into office.

Think about this from another perspective. Even if a Christian from the extreme gets voted in, what is he/she going to really impose, anyway? The hot issue now is the economy, and a vote for Obama (regardless of opponent) will wipe us out for good financially. Which would you rather have: someone who doesn't believe like you do, but will cut spending and lower taxes OR someone who might believe like you and destroy America??

Mr obama is a man of the left. American liberals/leftists want more of what he's proposing. They don't see mr obama as the problem. They see american conservatives, such as tea party activitists, as the problem.
Tea Partiers Are Fairly Mainstream in Their DemographicsSkew right politically, but have typical profile by age, education, and employmentby Lydia SaadPage: 12 PRINCETON, NJ -- Tea Party supporters skew right politically; but demographically, they are generally representative of the public at large. That's the finding of a USA Today/Gallup poll conducted March 26-28, in which 28% of U.S. adults call themselves supporters of the Tea Party movement......
......Tea Party supporters are decidedly Republican and conservative in their leanings. Also, compared with average Americans, supporters are slightly more likely to be male and less likely to be lower-income......
......In several other respects, however -- their age, educational background, employment status, and race -- Tea Partiers are quite representative of the public at large.......
American liberals/leftists/assorted marxists see me and most of america as the problem. Oh crap.
