I have asked this question many times as have my friends.
It has become painfully obvious that the media in this country will do anything to take the emphasis away from all the failures of this current Presidency. I guess they just can't admit their Media God was an illusion.

The first thing Hitler did when he gained power was to create his propoganda ministry.
Maybe you don't see them because you want to confirm your incorrect belief that anti-war activists are secretly just anti-Bush?
So they are protesting then? Proves more the media control Obama wields. If Bush were president it would be headline news every day like it was then. Now...........................
There is almost certainly a contingent that doesn't care any more that Bush is out of the White House, but there is still a strong anti-war movement that is being ignored just as much as they have been for the past 8 years. Pity, because if people had listened to them we could have spared the lives of thousands of American soldiers, hundreds of thousands of Iraqis, and about a trillion dollars in government spending.
