Flash mobs: how long before one messes with the wrong person? (legal, solutions)

Seeing the increase in audacity of these flash mobs (latest in Kansas City), how long before they mess with the wrong storeowner? I can see a scenario where a storeowner doesn't take kindly to being robbed and opens fire with the 12 gauge hanging underneath the counter. Question is: when is the first strike going to happen?
I hope soon and I hope the store owner is not charged. Studies have proven that when crime, even small stuff, is allowed to go unchecked, it escalates and escalates.
...recomend all store owners have a remington 12 gauge under the counter, one with the 18" barrel so it's easy to swing out real fast, waste a few of these stains...these p.o.s. will think twice before they 'flash mob' a store...granted, not the best solution but, hey, any other ideas?...i'm open to suggestions..

Sometimes there are no "good" solutions. You then have to do what is left. When the wild west of the late 1800's was terrorized by large criminal gangs it was bullets and hangmen's ropes that brought peace, not curfews.
I really only read about these so called falsh mobs in lartger cities really.I would expect that is the last place they will get a perosn who is armed to react from waht I have seen even by standers.
And libs worry about legal CCW and guns. They ought to be worried more about Negro and Hispanic gangs who will tear them up as quickly as any other white/gringo person.

Not everyone is terrified of a race war. I guess liberals are that way.
The day will come when there's a flash mob who mess with the wrong person and end up getting shot at. Unfortunately, that will only set off more flash mobs, and possibly full-on riots.
