Late August and early September bring recent high school graduates, bright and eager, to campuses around the country. Carefully planned orientation sessions will impress upon freshmen the paramount importance of sensitivity, of avoiding offensive words and ideas, and—notwithstanding that in recent years approximately 55% of matriculating freshmen nationally have been female—the urgency of maintaining a campus atmosphere friendly to women.
But parents who might expect this orientation to include an introduction to the moral and political purposes of liberal education—including respect for liberty of thought and discussion, and due process of law—will be sorely disappointed.
The neglect at freshmen orientation of the aim of liberal education and how it undergirds and is undergirded by the principles of freedom is not an accident. It is emblematic of college as a whole. Our universities impair liberal education not only by what they teach and do not teach in classrooms but also by the illiberal rules they promulgate to regulate speech and conduct outside of class.

It seems like again, in order to rectify the injustices of the past, remedies go too far in the other direction.

It isn't that males are presumed guilty as much as it is people really don't care if they are innocent. A guy who went too far too fast is much easier to deal with than a female who gave conflicting signals, got caught screwin' around with another guy or, now that she's late, simply regrets saying yes.

Women who are found to have falsely "cried rape" should serve the same sentence as felony rape.

Men ruin women's lives with rape and sexual assault and deserve to be punished severely.

Likewise, women can ruin men's lives just the same and should face the exact same penalty IMO.

In both cases, damage to the human being is irreparable.

That time will come soon, I hope.

I really think there needs to be a big men's advocacy group these days. I am, by no means, saying that women don't deserve theirs or that they aren't victims of unfair discrimination, etc.

But...
  • Unfair divorce settlements
  • Child custody in divorce
  • False rape accusations
  • The movement of "male dominated" manufacturing jobs overseas

Is something that should be addressed.

Most people (mainly manginas and misandric women) care nothing about normal men. What's sad is that these people are in high positions of power. Hopefully these people are removed from their positions by 2020.

I'm sure people will take the Men's Rights Movement by the 2020s. If not, then resentment and segregation between the sexes will remain.

They've created a very biased and unfair set a laws that try to prevent men from fighting back.

Not only that, people are undeniably biased and will believe women's groups and the like that paint men in an ugly and further keep men's rights at bay for as long as they can.

They could fight fire with fire by advocating men's studies along with women's studies and teach men (And women) what really goes on and to protect themselves against our current system or remove women's studies in general and teach both sides of the coin and call it "gender studies."

Because it's equal... right?

Repped.

That said, this should only be in cases where there is proof beyond a reasonable doubt, and should be true for ALL crimes, not just rape.

Make an accusation or level a lawsuit that can be proven to be intentionally untrue, and you should do the time/pay the judgement that the falsely accused would have if incorrectly found guilty.
