I think you folks are right. The entire government is the biggest terrorist organization in the country right now.

"the use of violence and threats to intimidate or coerce, especially for political purposes."

They've got the threat part down and now the cops are laying out the violence all over the place lately.

I don't think the Federal Reserve is a terrorist organization. They are not threatening or intimidating Americans like the groups in my poll.
