At the opposite end of the spectrum we have 'The Smartest Guys in the Room'. Maxine Waters is the 'Dumbest Clown in the House'... her constituency the 'Dumbest crowd in the electorate'. The job sucks, but somebody's got to do it.

Maxine supported and voted for the Dodd/Frank bank/finance bill that was supposed to place more restrictions on banks and reduce the fees that banks get when you use a debit card.
News flash to Maxine- Because of that bill, my bank is now charging me $5 a month to use my debit card. Thanks Maxine.

No, ergo the beauty of national socialism. The privileged gov't officials can pick and choose which banks are to succeed and fail. If you are to invest, make sure you invest in banks the gov't officials bank with.
