Some are saying that the recent announcement about holding back EPA regulations of carbon monoxide are purely attempts at gaining votes in 2012 for Obama. There is little that says they won't be instituted immediately if he gets re-elected.

Without a doubt politically motivated. He KNOWS he's screwed the pooch. He knows his policies are a complete and total failure. His only option now is to start back-peddling like a madman or face the harsh reality of being the The First Black President, One-Termer, and Worst President In Post-War History.

Now isn't that one humdinger of a reason to start acting rational for once?

Worst president? Getting bin laden alone already made him a better president than Bush.

Obama will not be judged by Osama Bin Laden's killing. I know you'd like to hope so, but it's not going to happen. It will merely be a footnote in his legacy.

Did Obama run bin Laden down? Did he climb a fence of come down in a helicopter when the getting of bin Laden took place? Oh yeah, he finally said "Go" and somebody else went. You are trying to give him a whole lot more credit for that than he earned.

Tough when the only thing you have to hang your hat on is "at least he got bin laden!". Actually, he did nothing, if indeed Bin Laden sleeps with da fishes, it was the Navy and CIA that got Bin Laden. Obama didn't do a thing to make it happen. I doubt he even gave an order, Panetta or Jarrett did.
