Yeah, after his mortgage loan program failed miserably, he kind of just slunk away into the night on the issue. Haven't heard much about the terrible housing market in the last 6-8 from obama.

Dems slam Obama for going

Quote:
Leading House Democrats are accusing the Obama administration of ignoring the lingering mortgage crisis and threatening tens of millions of Americans with foreclosure in the process.
Again, he raised hopes with another speech...but then the details were nowhere to be found.

Quote:
"In my entire political career, I've never seen anything this irresponsible," he added.
Get a clue - that's all he does, that's all he knows...is give a speech, take care of the problem.

Quote:
"They're giving us the same speech they'd given us months before," he said.
The dog and pony show he calls it - very apt.

The only solution to the mortgage problem, is to have all those entities that issued these bad loans, pay up. One way to pay up, would be to pay off any remaining balances for the home owners.

Right. People who had no business owning a home in the first get one scott free. I think not......not on my dime.

You have to admit, obama HAS been awol on this issue for many months now. Too busy campaigning and vacationing I guess.
