If so, would this explain why Obama bypassed Congress and is still without Congressional approval in his use of US forces in the NATO bombing and aiding/arming of the 'rebels' who include Al Qaeda?

They were most likely discussing momar's plans to start up the african dinar and trade oil in that currency. Wouldn't surprise me one bit. I'm sure Blair was trying to get him to not pursue this and when momar told him to stuff it the powers that be who want to control the sale of oil in US dollars decided it was time for him to go. Boom he goes.
