Only the Solyndra investors will get money back. First the rape of the US taxpayers via the loan guarantee which placed the investors first in line and now this. It is the rancid frosting on top of the manure cake.

Solyndra to Auction Assets, But Taxpayers Won't See a Dime - Solyndra - Fox Nation

Energy Department rewrote the law to aid Solyndra | Lachlan Markay | Op Eds | Washington Examiner (http://washingtonexaminer.com/opinion/op-eds/2011/10/energy-department-rewrote-law-aid-solyndra - broken link)

Time to get the DOE out of the loan business!

Auction listing:
Solyndra

People should not pay a penny and screw the investors who have stolen from the taxpayers!

That's right..we gave up our "first in line" to any sale of assets.
Why is beyond me because that has been a standing rule when government money gets involved.

I guess rules are made to be broken eh ?

This is indeed the way Team Obama operates. The most corrupt POTUS ever is still not runing over his Solyndra e-mails from his Blackberry. Pure obstruction of justice with a corrupt AG-Holder as head of the DOJ to boot.

This is classic crony capitalism. A guy forks over a few thousand in campaign donations and in return gets several hundred million in tax-funded subsidies. What does the OWS crowd think of this? A recent poster told us that OWS was against crony capitalism, but not straight capitalism.

Technically it would be economic fascism. The DOE, buy reconstructing the loan documents to favor the investors over the US taxpayers, privatized the loan while publicizing the debt of Solyndra.
