The fruits and nuts in California elected Gov. Moombeam. They can live with him. I'm still trying to figure out how states are not violating the US Constitution when they allow funding for illegals at state universities ahead of that for every US citizen?

I guess if Obama can have new birth certificates issued then the "transgender" can too.
