If they want government out of their lives so bad, than why do most of them willingly bend over for the military industrial complex that plagues this country with endless spending, making a bad name for Americans abroad and costing lives of citizens?

Because the military is constitutionally one of the few things the federal government can do for us.

That said, we should NOT be the world's police, therefore I am against all the military actions and illegal wars Obama has started.

if you could take ron paul's foreign policy and mold that with a more modern ecoomic policy, then i think you could have the perfect candidate. I agree though that there is a double standard with the conservative belief and massive military spendng (i believe the entire amount of income tax collected goes toward military spending)

I am not for unlimited spending on the military but yet at the same time I am aware of the times we are in and how we need a strong military.

I also dont think we should be the worlds police. Yet a strong military is needed. Why should we allow our military to do without while others are growing theirs.

Sorry it is the JOB of the federal gov to protect our land. Kinda hard to do that without a strong military
