Just one of the items that has the OWS people out on the streets, protesting WS and the nation's biggest banks.

Drug War Profiteers: Book Exposes How Wachovia Bank Laundered Millions for Mexican Cartels

"Amexica: War Along the Borderline" by British journalist Ed Vulliamy...exposé of how Wachovia made millions in the Mexican drug war. At the time, Wachovia was the nation’s fourth-largest bank. It has since been taken over by Wells Fargo. "You can’t drive around Mexico with hundreds of billions of dollars in cash in a semi-artic truck. It has to be banked," Vulliamy said. "What I found was that it is coming into the United States, into the banking system." [DemNow]

All these people who are against the protesters should read the book I just finished, The Big Short by Michael Lewis. Then they might have a clue what the protests are about.

So I take it you have not read the book. Goldman Sachs is not in DC. Read the book, it's very good and explains the corruption on wall street.

Reading books about anarchy only perpetuates sixties acid world changers, and is only tantamount to McCartnery doing something revolutionary.

This is stupid.

The sixties was 50 years ago.

I watch the market every day, and I do occasional day and swing trading...

Im well aware of whats going on, I live off of investments in that casino...

Wall Street doesn't directly make the laws, even if they actually write them through the Criminals in DC...

So why not go were the corruption starts and can end???

Looks more like a well orchestrated plan started by very powerful people that want to destroy America and rule it under a hard left oligarchy...

Day Trading or watching CNBC is not wall street. You sound like a half way intelligent person, read the book, I know you will find it good if you buy and sell stocks.

Believe me it's not orchestrated by powerful people to destroy America. I travel to NYC once a month so on my last visit I had a chance to go there and talk and see what it was really about. it surprised me. Another good book is the Fourth Turning. It will help everyone understand why things in the world are the way they are right now.

Good Luck with your trading, wall street is a brutal place.

I'd be happy if they read any book not written by a pundit or celebrity.

Im know the story, though I haven't read the book...

Im all over the internet all the time reading everything I can about where I put my $$$...

I've been doing fine since June 08 through some of the worst markets ever...

CNBC is a joke and I rarely watch it...

Im sure those are good books though...

Fact is their in the wrong place and there's plenty of blatant radical leftism going on...
