Do you defend or condone arson that endangers peoples lives? Hint: arson always endangers lives (firefighters are part of the 99%). Do you believe such violence is an acceptable message from the OWS in your state?

Was he really a protester or just a bum who figured it would be a cool place to camp out? I have a great way to sort out the bums but they wouldn't go for it.

We're talking about the individual accused not whether it was arson or not.

He hasn't been convicted YET. Do you understand the process? First you are arrested and questioned and either released, or held and charged with a crime. He was charged. Now it will go to court where he will likely be convicted for his crimes. His bail was set for $250K. They don't set bail that high unless the crimes a person is charged with are pretty serious.

Stellar example of the Occupy Idiots Movement.

Yeah, read the article(s), he's been part of Occupy FC from the beginning.

So the arson aspect isn't troubling?

You are just pulling for the OWSer to get off the hook?

Since when has the presumption of innocence stopped the Left?

Believe me, I can understand why the Left wouldn't want such incidents as this one getting out and reported on....kind of pulls back the curtain on the facade the OWS protesters are trying to portray of themselves.

I'd pull for anybody to get off the hook if they are NOT guilty.
