KUALA LUMPUR, 21 November 2011 - For the first time a war crime charge has been heard against the two former heads of state of Britain (Blair) and USA (Bush) in compliance with due legal process, wherein complaints from war victims had been received, duly investigated and formal charges instituted by the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Commission (Commission).

Prima Facie Case Established Against Bush And Blair

Defence is UN Charter 21 and various UN Resolutions, plus the "Responsibility to Protect". Bush did get Congressional authority.
I don't believe we have enacted any attempts at diplomacy with Syria or Iran, no Charters, no Resolutions to my knowledge. Perhaps they will just fall back on these, when the time comes. They used the responsibility to protect for the invasion of Libya. I'd like to see the whole lot of them tried for war crimes, particularly Obama for Libya, since it never would have happened but for his funding and supplying most of that invasion.
As for Libya, our own Congress has been derelict in their duty. We have a Constitution that they have all sworn to uphold, and all failed to do so.

Re: Iran
"The latest report of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on Iran appears to have falsified information about a Russian scientist who allegedly helped Tehran advance its nuclear weapons programme.
The report, published by a U.S. think tank on Tuesday, said that a former Soviet N-bomb physicist had assisted Iran in building a detonation device that could be used in a nuclear weapon.
However, Russian media have found out that the scientist had never worked in nuclear physics but was a leading expert in the production of diamonds by explosion."

I assume so, looks like they are in Malaysia.

The Charge

Crimes Against Peace filed against George W Bush (former President of the U.S.) and Anthony L Blair (former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom) wherein they are charged as follows:

The Accused persons had committed Crimes against Peace, in that the Accused persons planned, prepared and invaded the sovereign state of Iraq on 19 March 2003 in violation of the United Nations Charter and international law.

The Tribunal will adjudicate and evaluate the evidence presented on facts and law as in any court of law. The judges of the Tribunal must be satisfied that the charge is proven beyond reasonable doubt and deliver a reasoned judgement. The verdict and the names of the persons found guilty will be entered in the Commission’s Register of War Criminals and publicised worldwide.

“WHY is it that the murder of one man is considered a criminal act whereas the killing of hundreds of thousands of innocent people committed in wars, is not considered so?" -- Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, former Prime Minister of Malaysia.

What a bunch of BS. then they need to include Obama. He went into Libya without congress approval, then he sent troops to Africa to help muslim's against the Christians there.
.

· "According to the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC), there were 10,999 terrorist attacks in 83 countries during 2009, resulting in 14,971 deaths. That compares with 11,725 attacks in 2008 and 14,435 attacks in 2007. In 2008, the number of deaths stood at 15,727, which was down from the 22,736 in 2007, the center’s report said."
Then we need to go after, Dr Mahathir Mohamad, former Prime Minister of Malaysia. I am sure he is muslim. What a NERVE. Thousands of attacks and deaths due to muslim believing terrorists. almost 18,000 attacks since 9/11. This is just another jihad against Bush and Blair.

.
From 60% you may expect unfettered persecution of non-believers and other religions, sporadic ethnic cleansing (genocide), use of Sharia Law as a weapon and Jizya, the tax placed on infidels:

Malaysia — Muslim 60.4% ............... (could be more by now)

I couldn't agree more. 1.4 million Iraqis dead and counting. They are still killing in Libya, mostly blacks - it's a genocide at our hands.

Really !!!
After they're done with this maybe they can sue Thomas Jefferson's estate for child support for Sally Hemmings or Chaz Bono for claiming to be a man?

This BS wouldn't even gather enough interest to make a local cable show.

If they want attention maybe they can cover the next Lindsey Lohan arrest or claim to be carrying Justin Bieber's baby.
