I am amazed at how may times people use the words always and never with such conviction. Usually it is an ideolgue on either end of the spectrum. Example, we never need to raise taxes, or the other side, we should always raise taxes first.
People that are ideologues see everything as black or white and are simply too rigid in their beliefs.

Never say never. Anything! is possible with God and some of us belong to Him though it's a dang miracle for it to be so.
Many of us will never join forces with the side of the aisle that believes "then end justifies the means" so they cheat, lie and do even worse in the name of their agenda.
I also will never side with those that say there are no absolutes.
Another example. Conservatives are always wrong or Liberals are never right.
Exactly. I don't know why Americans are so black and white in this respect. There's never any grey when it comes to political views in the U.S. Some people claim to me I'm not a real Republican because I don't tow the GOP establishment line to a T, or I'm not a real Libertarian because I don't support a gold standard. It's definitely a cultural fault.

To them I say, "are you absolutely SURE of that?"
LOL...are you?
