Members of Congress investigating the $535 million loan guarantee that the Obama administration gave to now-bankrupt solar panel manufacturer Solyndra are considering suing the White House to obtain access to documents relating to the case.
What a shame that the Obama administration refuses to turn over all documents pertaining to the Solyndra loan guarantee, and leaves Congress to consider suing the White House to obtain the documents in a scam that ended up costing taxpayers over half a billion dollars.
The White House will claim executive privilege, etc, etc.
But this Presidency was supposed to be different, yes? The hopey, changey thing was a sham, although I didn't fall for it I was "hopeful" that he was sincere in his transparency pledges. He's no different than every other politician,

Oh, I don't know about that. He seems to lie when the
truth would be easier.
I don't know which is worst: the pure political theater, or the dupes who believe it.
Have you ever heard of Congressional power of subpoena? What was Obama's reply when he was subpoenaed about this one? I never heard word one about Executive privilege but then he doesn't think he has to defend not obeying their subpoena.
