But this Presidency was supposed to be different, yes? The hopey, changey thing was a sham, although I didn't fall for it I was "hopeful" that he was sincere in his transparency pledges. He's no different than every other politician,
If you believe that, I've got some ocean front property in tuscon for you.
It was a political slogan, period.
At any rate, who else where we supposed to vote for, McCain? Lol, and you don't think a similar lawsuit would be used against them? Lol, naivety.
On what grounds ? There is no proof that he or anyone he directed broke any law.

We all know that our current Congress are too afraid to take a stand on anything.
Either there is total silence coming from them (Libya) or they deflect to a committee (budget).
By themselves they couldn't find their way out of a wet paper bag that was falling apart.
Have you ever heard of Congressional power of subpoena? What was Obama's reply when he was subpoenaed about this one? I never heard word one about Executive privilege but then he doesn't think he has to defend not obeying their subpoena.

Members of Congress investigating the $535 million loan guarantee that the Obama administration gave to now-bankrupt solar panel manufacturer Solyndra are considering suing the White House to obtain access to documents relating to the case.
What a shame that the Obama administration refuses to turn over all documents pertaining to the Solyndra loan guarantee, and leaves Congress to consider suing the White House to obtain the documents in a scam that ended up costing taxpayers over half a billion dollars.
Actually they can't, but then again reality has left the GOP behind so no one should be surprised that they would be stupid enough to make such statements
On what grounds ? There is no proof that he or anyone he directed broke any law.
No proof yet. Smells like Watergate.
