The meaning behind this question is as follows:

We (Whites) are the real Americans and "our leader" is the President of the United States (although some probably aren't saying that about President Obama). You people are not like us so you absolutely must have a separate "leader" for your people. And therefore.....

There are over 435 representatives. I'm not in his district, why would I go out of my way to know who the representative for Detroit is? If it wasn't for his reparations act and the google search you just did, I doubt you would know who he is.

Both stances are idiotic.
Notice how he is not asking individuals themselves what their thoughts are, instead digging through the internet for quotes. All he had to do was ask members on here what they thought. I'm guessing the answers wouldn't fit his agenda.
