I thought we were talking about a man dressed in womens clothes that wanted to go in the womens dressing room.
This is a news story partially about a transgendered person and which dressing room she should be allowed to use. It's not about sex or sexuality. I'm not sure why you brought sex up.
in a few years you will have 3 flavors of changing rooms and bathrooms...
1 - Men , 2 - Women, 3 - Ambiguous
I don't see why that's necessary. It would be a lot more cost-efficient to just build dressing rooms and restrooms for everybody to use, regardless of gender.

"According to a recent post by Liberty Counsel, a former department store employee was allegedly terminated from her job at a San Antonio Macy’s after refusing to allow a cross-dressing male to change in the women’s fitting room."
Are you saying that any man who puts on a dress os a transgendered person? This was a male wearing womens clothes.

No, I'm not. However, the person in question from this story identifies as transgendered - i.e. identifies and lives as a women. The Blaze and the Liberty Counsel (two very religious, conservative entities) are purposefully choosing not to use the word transgendered and instead refer to her as a "cross-dressing male."
I am a woman. Would I be a conservative or a liberal if dressing or going the bathroom, is comfortable for me with a strange man (meaning a stranger to me) a foot or two away? What if I was uncomfortable what would I be? I guess uncivilized countries do it all the time, would I rather live there? Thankfully, we live in a Free country, and we can choose to agree or disagree with Macy's policy, and we can be sure that we can freely express ourselves by spending our money in Macy's or spending it in Sears, or wherever we are the most comfortable.

And there you have it folks, it's not about the plumbing nor the DNA, it's about how you feel. Well I fell like a lesbian trapped in a man's body. Excuse me while I hit the ladies room. Don't stop me or I'll sue!
