This is OLD and they are STILL in litigation regarding the ruling, cuz the judge was uber biased, seeing as how he is gay.

Judges Hear Arguments on Prop 8 Trial Video, Judge Vaughn Walker's Same-Sex Relationship | KQED News Fix

What this judge did would be deemed uber liberal activism. He overturned a law, approved by the VOTERS, by delving into the thought processes of its supporters.

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals will decide whether the federal judge who struck down California's ban on same sex marriage last year should have disclosed his long-term relationship with another man.
I can't believe this judge was allowed to hold a "trial" in the first place.

You've hit the nail on the head. The judges will know that whatever ruling they make will have repercussions beyond extending the right to marrry to homosexuals. So they'll have to ask themselves whether "All means everyone", as you put it and, if it does, are bigamists and polygamists included? It's not as cut-and-dried as you make it out to be.

Why is an article first posted in August 2010 and updated in May 2011 important in December 2011?????

This is just another example of how the tblg crowd constantly throws their gay lifestyle and agenda up in people's faces...

Is this the gay version of reporting current events?

Yeah, it's horrible when people need to work so hard to get rights everyone else enjoys without question.

People can do whatever they want in their bedrooms... good for them.

Just stop parading it in everyone's faces and acting like the world owes you something.

Gay divorce will be interesting.... who pays the alimony???
