I think we have moved beyond stealth and are entering the Hyper Sonic age where Drones and ICBM's are able to reach Mach 15-Mach 20 and hit a target halfway around the world in less than 10 minutes with and do it with Perfect Precsion.

The NASA did alot of testing on the X-43A just to do just those type of strikes.
