Wow, things have changed, we used to bring our toy guns to school to use...
I and the other neighborhood kids used to take tree branches, break them where two branches split, shorten one of the ends to make a grip, and use them as 'machine guns'. Unlimited ammo. Bounce around from backyard to backyard blasting each other. It was laser tag before we knew about lasers and way more fun than the tag that the girls were playing. Sometimes, the girls would play - they'd lose bad...they didn't seem to understand the concept of an ambush. Lots of arguments about whether we actually 'hit' each other as sometimes there were trees, swing sets, trash cans, Mom, etc. in the way...
Being a PC correct mom, I did not permit even a toy gun in the house. My 4 year old boy made a pistol from a piece of toast. That's when I got him some guns.

LOL Same here. I refused to buy my kids guns. They made them out of Legos so my DH went bought them each a gun.
So a slice of pizza that someone thought resembled a gun now deserves punishment ?
The idiots are running the show folks and we're all going to be made to pay for it.
This is all part of the liberal indoctrination, to instill fear into the hearts and minds of the children concerning any firearm.
