Good point!! Computer services can be sent or even originate, from overseas. This may be the reason why technical schools aren't being denigrated anymore...some skills just cannot be done from afar. But HVAC/plumbing/sewer skills are in demand all over - check out the want-ads for these services (always hiring everywhere)- these particular skills can't be outsourced readily.
