Are they good neighbors. What contributions they make to their communities. Are they able to have healthy relationships (when society is not fighting them).

Seriously. When most people talk about Gay people, all they focus on is sex, sex and more sex. No one cares about their sex lives.

By constantly emphasizing “homosexual” instead of using the terms “gay” or “lesbian”, the sexual component of gays and lesbians are emphasized above all other aspects of their lives. And the more you portray gays and lesbians as sex-obsessed homosexuals, maybe your readers won’t notice the irony of your tract being obsessed with the sex lives of supposedly “sex-obsessed” people.
They also did a great parody piece on "The Heterosexual Agenda-Exposing the Myths!" to show in detail how anti-gay groups distort, misrepresent and lie to demonize gays and lesbians:

Why would it be hateful to tell one's children that homosexuality is unnatural and doesn't lead to genetic offspring?
What does "genetic offspring" have to do with anything? Plenty of "straight" couples have sex with no "genetic offspring" resulting because of it. You know - like that 80-year-old couple who met in the assisted living center. Or, maybe their union is "unnatural," too, because it certainly won't result in "genetic offspring?"
What I find curious is that some straight people only seem to be able to think of SEXSEXSEX when they think of homosexual people.
As if SEXSEXSEX was the only thing in a gay or lesbian person's life.
It's no more important to most gays and lesbians than it is to heterosexuals.
So why do discussions of homosexuality by straight people always involve lot's of talk "gay sex" or "what two consenting adults do in the bedroom"?

If homosexuals kept what they did in the bedroom to themselves and out of public school classrooms, no one would care.
The reason the public school classroom and what is taught there is now such a hot button issue is that the pro-homosexual community has focused their efforts on our children.

They believe in Santa Clause, the Easter Bunny and the monster who lives under their bed.
These are the same people gays would like to "educate" about homosexuality.
They want to teach them homosexuality is natural and normal.

They seek to accomplish this by bullying the logical and rational kids with labels like "homophobe" and "hate monger".
Homosexuality is natural. It has always been in the world. There is plenty of evidence in other species, as well. You don't make a choice to be heterosexual. At what point in your life did you think, I'll be straight.
You didn't. In the same way, gay people don't make a choice to be
homosexual. They just are. Gay people should have the same laws
and protections as everyone else. Without them, it is plain and
simple discrimination. Is heterosexuality natural ? I would say it is
equally as natural as homosexuality. They are both found in the
world albeit heterosexuality is more prevalent, but there can be no
denying they are each natural.

funny, why would we keep our romantic relationship only in the bedroom? no straight people do that. my parents are married and make it obvious to people that they're a couple and they talk about each other openly... why wouldn't we do that?
and i'm sorry, but to us GAY people who were GAY KIDS born with the homosexual orientation, people who believe like you do are the cause of suicides. we have NOTHING to be ashamed of, we didn't do ANYTHING WRONG other than be born in a way that you don't prefer. if you don't like a trait that God has chosen for me than it's God whom you have the problem with NOT ME>
