Actually they don't--especially when they come from extremist right wing organizations as in the ones mentioned by OP. Did you know that some of the greatest presidents in US history were republicans and conservatives? Did you know that at one point, the majority of black voters were republican? Even Eisenhower and Reagan would be considered liberals and socialists today. They wouldn't be able to get elected.

I really don't think they hate America, but we now have
three generations that know nothing but government assistance
and they are the ones who tend to vote democratic as they have
a hard time understanding the meaning of a hand up versus a
hand out along with the pride of personal achievement, accountability
and something called responsibility.
The current state of our economy along with the massive government entitlements are proof enough that America is not what it used to be.
