why don't those dumb blacks vote the way i want them vote. obviously they are incapable of making their own decisions and the actions of the republican party have no bearing on those decisions.

Republicans don't need to think about their policies, they just need to figure out how to trick black people into voting for them with nothing in return since that's all Democrats have done. Most black people don't vote blindly for Democrats, most of them vote for the wrong reasons... some of them vote blindly and the rest either don't vote or vote for conservative candidates.
There are quite a few well educated and well informed black voters who aren't residing on the Democrat plantation, they're usually hated by typical blind black voters more than the police.

I'm not in the GOP so there's nothing for me to convince you to join, the chances of a large number of black Democrats switching to libertarianism is pretty much 0 because so I don't waste my time.
