Standing is where you get to the merits. IF YOU have no standing, you don't have merits.

nope. from ankeny v daniels decision:

"Based upon the language of Article II, Section 1, Clause 4 and the guidance provided by Wong Kim Ark, we conclude that persons born within the borders of the United States are "natural born Citizens" for Article II, Section 1 purposes, regardless of the citizenship of their parents."

Not true. Nowhere does the 14th mention natural born Citizen. Obama is a citizen but he's not a Article 2 Section 1 NBC. Please quit trying to mislead the posters here on behalf of the usurper.

Default Georgia case could determine whether Obama’s name may be placed on 2012 state ballot…ANY 2012 state ballot!

Defendant Obama's Kenyan blood must be boiling over this lawsuit.

"The Constitution does not in words say who shall be natural-born citizens.

Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also.

These were natives or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners."

Defendant Obama does not meet the natural born citizen definition.

Georgia case could determine whether Obama

1. This is a duplicate (or duplicative) thread.

2. The legal case is in a state court in Georgia so it for sure could not affect federal elections throughout the country.

3. There is a solid motion to dismiss the case which will be heard later this month.

JUSTICE GRAY MISQUOTED McCREERY V. SOMERVILLE AND THE RELEVANT STATUTE.

"Grab a cup of java, put your thinking caps on, kick back and relax. We are going to be here for a while. Focus. Below, you will be privy to a true and proper revision of United States Supreme Court history." This is related to the faulty Wong Kim Ark decision.

Natural Born Citizen

Thanks Leo.

On January 3, 2012 Judge Malihi denied defendant Obama’s motion to dismiss.

Have no idea why you're quoting a murderer and tyrant named Lincoln. He was responsible for the slaughter and starvation of millions of people and countless hens.

Actually he dislikes him because Obama is black and OP has stated that only Anglo Saxons can be natural born citizens and therefore president.
