Oh my. Judge Lewis is the FL lower court judge whose rock solid ruling in favor of Bush was ultimately vindicated by SCOTUS after being overturned by the FL State Supremes, who made a transparently partisan ruling. Florida district Judge Terry Lewis who wrote a superior ruling in Bush v. Gore ultimately upheld by the Supreme Court Of The United States, challenges Obama's legal team to cite a SCOTUS definition of a natural born citizen superior to the Minor v Happersett case natural born citizen definition cited by plaintiffs attorney Larry Klayman. I can't wait to see what the liberal media will do about this.
The case is entitled Voeltz v. Obama, et. al. (No. 2012 CA 467) and is being heard in the Circuit Court Of The Second Judicial Circuit In And For Leon County, Florida.
Just as a reminder from back in 2000. Below is an NY Times story about one of numerous Terry Lewis rulings:
COUNTING THE VOTE: THE COURT TACTICS; A Dark Day Turns Less So for the Democrats, Allowing Them to Forgo Escalation
By DAVID FIRESTONE
Vice Pres Al Gore’s campaign suffers a blow when Judge Terry P Lewis allows Katherine Harris, Florida’s secretary of state, to certify results of presidential election without the hand recounts, but it is buoyed six hours later when State Supreme Court bars Harris from certifying the election until court says she may

"[Supreme Court] precedent fully supports that President Obama is a natural born citizen under the Constitution and thus qualified to hold the office of President. See United States v. Wong Kim Ark… Contrary to Plaintiff’s assertion, Minor v. Happersett, 88 U.S. 162 (1874), does not hold otherwise.“
I just found out this Judge was appointed by a democrat. Interesting indeed.
He's a circuit court judge, state court, not federal. Judges in Florida are elected. When was he appointed and how many times has he been elected since that appointment, if he was appointed.

I never stated he was federal. Lets have a look at Judge Terry Lewis in this ABC News profile.
Isn't it possible that the judge ruled on Gore/Bush based on the actual merits of the case rather than partisan bias? Can't that be accepted as at least a remote possibility?

All subsequent hand-recounts, including by the Miami Herald, have established that Bush won the Florida election. Liberals always expect judges to rule in their favor, regardless of actual facts.
Liberals always expect judges to rule in their favor, regardless of actual facts.
in this case it's the birthers blissfully avoiding the facts and expecting a win.
the "minor v happersett" argument has been made multiple times..... and lost! i posted above the judge's decision in the AZ ballot challenge ( allen v obama ) here is what the judge had to say about MvH in the georgia challenge:
“In deciding whether a woman was eligible to vote, the Minor court merely concluded that children born in a country of parents who were its citizens would qualify as natural born, and this court agrees. The Minor court left open the issue of whether a child born within the United States of alien parent(s) is a natural born citizen.”

and many of the judges in the birther lawsuits have been appointed by republicans. is that also interesting?
