Get enough people to elect representatives to accomplish this. What makes you think that rational people will shrink from their defenses listed in this thread just because you can imagine an outcome that (you assume) is contrary to their personal views?
If abortion were outlawed via our Constitutionally-defined system of government, then those who disagree can attempt to overturn that, using our Constitutionally-defined system of government. That's the way it's supposed to work.
