Could defrauding the upcoming large group of retires in the U.S. as well?

How will this effect us if this does happen?

You have more to fear from earth-orbit-intersecting comets and asteroids. That said, you can, at any time, request a copy from the Social Security Administration of their record of your work and salary history and compare that to your own records for verification. All it will get you is peace of mind, but that's worth something to many...

I had two years that FAR under reported on my earnings for those years. I had to send in my tax returns for those years.

You were probably working for a Republican. It is an employer's responsibility accurately to report your employment and income status, and to pay both your and his payroll taxes thereon. But per the earlier post, workers always have the right to question and verify...as you seem to have discovered...

I wouldn't be too quick to spout that rhetoric because it is actually coming miuch sooner than anyone figured it would. It will not be long until you will be using the Amero, as the dollar is going down the dumpster as we speak and that is all because of our wonderful politicians, both Republicans and Democrats.
