Why is this an issue? Zuckerberg is not running for a political office and he is also a private citizen.

Perhaps address the thread topic at hand?

This thread is not about Facebook (I do not participate in Facebook either). See comment above.
I do believe quoting posts from other threads is against the TOS.
Just so everyone knows, the foil pic is from a NWO thread, and has nothing to do with this thread, except, perhaps, in the mind of the OP.
Which confirms my suspicion that you dont even have a point with this feeble thread.

If he runs for office probably. There isn't enough hours in the day to complain about every millionaire who pays a low tax rate.

Lobbying is legal bribery, so it is a great idea to build policies around. Well, Romney benefitted millions by Bain Capital lobbying for something (in 2007) that would save him those millions... but then, lobbyists rule, don't they?

I am not "far left", but I'm not "far right" either. As far as Mark Zuckerberg goes, he can do whatever is currently legal as long as he remains a private citizen.

Now, the day that Mark Zuckerberg runs for POTUS, and arrogantly tells people who pay 27% in taxes that they're just envious of his wealth when he doesn't pay any, then he'd better buckle down.

You are mixing apples and oranges.

when did Mitt tell people who pay 27% taxes to pound sand?

Apples and oranges, indeed. Mark Zuckerman and some friends had an original idea and were able to parlay that into the world's most-used social networking site. Romney, in contrast, has his wealth in a blind trust, so he doesn't even know whose ideas he's made profits on. Should Zuckerman ever run for office (and there's no indication that he plans to at present)
he'd be hailed as a self-made man, and rightfully so. If Zuckerman and the Facebook team use their site to hold Town Hall meetings for President Obama, it is no different than Murdoch using Fox and its many affiliates to
showcase the GOP. All things considered, this is a non-issue.

Zuckerberg will only be a 1%er once we find out what his political affiliation is and how much he donates.

After all, Oprah, Michael Moore, Kerry, Gore, Pelosi....aren't 1%ers....they are for the little guy. Bwah hah hah hah.......
