This runs counter the narrative his campaign and supports are trying to spin. They will just discount the source. With Newt its never about facts, just about attacking those that report them. The thing is, I think Newt actually believes the misinformation he puts out, he just does some trick in his head and it becomes truth to him.

You are arguing against a point no one has made.

What a moron.

Hopefully someone will go into Wiki and edit his edit - making sure that this little bit of attempting to change history is added to it.

The types of individuals who lean on Wikipedia for accurate information are the very types that go to the ballot box ill informed. Additionally, Wikipedia has taken fire on more than one occasion for allowing outright lies to remain in its repository. I don't blame anyone, including Newt Gingrich, for wanting to scrub an open-source "encyclopedia." Mis-information makes for an ill-equipped and ill-informed populace. We see it all the time right here on this forum......and you guessed it....many of them cite Wiki as their source. We need well-informed voters, not the opposite (queue 2008).

Too late. We remember him from '92.

Plus there is no airbrush that will work on his pic, unless maybe he should overlay it with a pic of Romney Romney looks good.

Damage is done. Is he going to edit all the other websites also? If you google his name the top searches contain the word scandal.
